Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Civil/Mech/Architect
Experience in Years: 5to 8Years of Experience
Industry Company: He Should have Worked in/ hands-on sales experience in Rolling shutters / industrial doors/metal doors/architectural metal works company.
Primary Requirements:
Should have 2 -3yearsof experience in selling building products (Which involves supply & Installation) directly to the main contractors.
He should be able to derive a sales strategy to develop the business.
Must have sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead Client discussions to advance the sales process.
Generate current sales prospects, networking and client/associate referrals.
Attend trade shows to represent the organization and engage in other marketing activities.
He should have 4 -5 years of experience in developing recent channel partner and achieve the sales target through them.
Development and Nurturing of Referral Partners like architects, interior designers, developers, builders, contractors and consultants.
Experience in coordinating with architects, main contractors and factory.
He should be able to write emails, letters to main contractor for the queries.
He should be willing to travel 2 3 weeks to other state to recruit the channel partners.
Should have their own car/bike with driving license.
