As the Data Cleansing & Migration Lead, you will co-lead the Data Cleansing and Migration effort for Supplier Data as part of BCG’s Finance ERP and Source-to-Pay transformation Programs. You will partner closely with the Functional Data Cleansing and Governance Lead to ensure the successful migration of 35+ countries that are on the path to migrating to Coupa and SAP S4 HANA.Wave 3: Data Cleansing & Migration for the remaining 35+ countries
Facilitate execution of data cleansing and migration for Wave 3, per agreed timeline.
Lead workstream to define cleansing outcomes (data quality, readiness to load) and migration outcomes (load success/failures).
Responsibility over ETL and validation code/script updates, ensuring technical documentation and artifact integrity.
Ensure workstream alignment and adherence with program timeline and dependencies (Mock Loads, SIT/UAT).
Introduce efficiencies in the cleansing and migration approach, local office engagement model,



including prioritization of data attributes based on impact
Support Functional Lead on local office engagement and cleansing activities including office hours, Slack channel Q&A;, ad-hoc data analysis and reconciliation as needed
Lead cutover migration activities including cutover readiness activities around pre-load validations, set-up confirmation, and status read-outs.
Maintain organized and structured tracking, monitoring, and reporting for workstream, including detailed timelines of activities, status, issues, risks and dependencies. Escalate to program leadership/PMO as appropriate.
Lead, guide, and coordinate activities of resources based in India, Europe, and/or North America.
