Technical Skills
The candidate must have deep technical expertise in at least one of the following areas, with a broad understanding across the entire stack:
Key Skills:
Cloud: AWS (Lambda, Lambda Layers, S3, Step Functions, CloudWatch)
Infrastructure as Code: AWS CDK
Programming Language: Python (hands-on for backend development)
Database: PostgreSQL, knowledge of SQL programming
Soft Skills:
Refinement: Ability to help refine requirements in conjunction with Business Analysts or Technical Leads.
Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the delivery team to ensure excellence and upskill junior members.
Attributes: Must be a self-starter, comfortable in a energetic workplace, and able to reverse-engineer solutions when needed.
