Job Description:
We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers and providing efficient and friendly service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and checking in passengers at the airport
Assisting passengers with their baggage and directing them to their designated gates
Conducting security checks and screening procedures
Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
Handling and resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
Coordinating with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal
Assisting passengers with special needs or disabilities
Ensuring compliance with all safety and security regulations
Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
Experience working in an airport or airline industry is a plus
