8+ years of experience in designing and implementing reports/dashboards with PowerBI tool
3+ years of direct management/supervisory experience
In-depth understanding of Datawarehousing and database concepts
Understands the lifecycle for report development work
In Depth understanding of BI fundamentals. Experience in Microsoft SQL Server Database development / any RDMBS tool/ Azure Analysis Services
Define all aspects of software development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team. Provide technical guidance and coaching to reporting team
Oversee progress of report/dashboard development to ensure consistency with DW/RDBMS design.
Engage with stakeholders to identify business KPIs with the correct tools/mechanism to record them and present actionable insights through reports and dashboards
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Communication - Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
