? Responsible for implementing the Company’s Credit Policies, practices and procedures for approval/rejection within agreed limits and/or recommend to higher authorities for further action
? Preliminary LOGIN Check as per ‘Checklist’ of Loan against property (LAP) / Mortgage loan cases for Self-Employed Non Skilled (SENP) clients
? Responsible for Data Entry of complete file in system, Credit Bureau pull from portal, etc.
? Basic knowledge on Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM) preparation
? Coordinating with Legal, Technical and RCU vendors.
? Communication with Business team for regular closure of open matters to avoid escalations
