Description
The incumbent will be responsible for Credit Appraisal of Agricultural Loans as per pre-defined TAT with due adherence of Process, Policies and delegation of authority.

Incumbent will be responsible for loan Portfolio for their Branch and keep a close watch on the performance of such loans.

Responsibilities
Appraise/Recommend/ Approve Credit Proposals as per the delegation of authority.
Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for Risk Management
Recommend changes to Policy, Process based on local nuances / competitor feedback
Implement system integration plans
Monitor NPA and keep a track of it
Customer visits for PD
Identification of process and policy gaps & potential risk arising out of it
Suggesting internal control measures and ensures implementation to address such gaps

Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 5 years
Qualifications:
Graduation (Any Specialisation)
MBA
Chartered Accountant
