Key Responsibilities
Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, teasers, and information memorandums.
Conduct industry, market, and company research.
Analyze business models, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
Assist in Quality of Earnings (QoE) and transaction analysis.
Review and analyze financial statements and operational data.
Prepare reports, investment summaries, and client deliverables.
Reviewing bookkeeping and identifying and issues in bookkeeping
Required Skills
Strong understanding of accounting entries and financial statements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with financial modelling or analysis.
Ability to prepare skilled pitch decks and presentations.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Inter CA / MBA - Finance / CFA
