Hansen Technologies is transforming the way our Legal and People & Culture teams operate globally. As part of a modern, scalable Shared Services model, we're seeking a commercially minded Employment Lawyer to join our global Legal function.
This is a rare opportunity to become our first dedicated Legal Counsel in the region, helping to shape and evolve employment law support across India and the wider APAC region. You'll work closely with Legal, P&C; and business leaders worldwide, gaining exposure to complex multi-jurisdictional matters while building regional expertise and a truly international career.

About the Role
Reporting to the Regional General Counsel, you'll provide practical employment law support to Legal and P&C; teams globally, helping drive consistency, efficiency and scalability across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on employment law matters across multiple jurisdictions
Conduct legal research and provide practical, commercially focused guidance
Draft and review employment contracts, policies and workplace documentation
Support investigations, disciplinary matters and employment-related disputes
Coordinate with external counsel and support global employment law projects
Assist with restructures, organisational change and workfor
