Job Description

We are seeking an HR - IT Recruiter Trainee to work closely with our recruitment team to identify, attract, and hire top IT talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and recruitment, with an interest in the IT sector. This is a trainee position designed to provide hands-on experience and training in IT recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including job postings on job boards and social media
Source candidates through various channels like LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
Screen and shortlist resumes of IT candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate with hiring managers and IT teams to understand staffing needs and requirements




Conduct initial interviews and assessments of IT candidates
Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience
Assist in maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment records
Support HR operations and other HR activities as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Freshers are welcome; prior internship or basic understanding of IT/ITes will be an added advantage
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable command of English; proficiency in Tamil is a plus but not mandatory
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office tools
Eager to learn and grow in the HR and IT recruitment field
Understanding of IT job roles and technologies is desirable but not mandatory
