He/She should be able to propose different solutions for further approval. Should have a positive understanding of the functionality of the façade elements. Should have a positive understanding of water and air barriers in the facade

Technical:
Education – BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Civil engineering / Arch.
Experience – Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Façade design.
​​​​​​​Understanding of basic principles of Façade.
Understanding of water and air barrier in façade system.
Handle bespoke designs of façade systems and related products like Canopy, Skylights, railings, Cladding systems etc.
Material properties of different alloys of Aluminium & Steel
AutoCad 2D & 3D
Understanding the sequence of installation.

Valuable to have
Knowledge of hands-on experience of 3D design software like Autocad 3D, Inventor, 3D Max
