Description
At Maxwell, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to ensure that all people operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all HR related subjects.
This will include monitoring recruitment procedures and managing a team. You should also be able to manage HR programs including defining and maintaining our company's Culture. Onboarding program.
Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met + aligned with business objectives.

Requirements
Must-Have Requirements
Proven experience as HR/People Operations Manager in a startup/Rapid paced Organisation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle PMS,



Solid understanding of Balance Score Card & Talant Management Tools
Experience in handling employee concerns and ensuring high E-Sat score
A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
Positive team-management abilities
