Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of complex digital products, including travel eSIM platforms, mobile applications, and web solutions.

This role requires a solid leader who can drive delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless coordination between business, product, and engineering teams. You will be responsible for owning the complete project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to successful production releases.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Delivery
Own and drive end-to-end project execution across web and mobile platforms
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining scope, quality, and budget
Manage multiple parallel projects with explicit prioritization

Sprint Planning & Agile Execution
Lead Sprint Planning, Sprint Execution, and Retrospectives
Maintain and prioritize product backlog in alignment with business goals
Ensure smooth execution of Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Requirement Management




Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Convert business needs into transparent user stories, PRDs, and BRDs
Ensure requirements are well understood by development teams

Stakeholder & Client Communication
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
Provide regular updates, reports, and delivery timelines
Manage expectations and ensure transparency

Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate between engineering, QA, design, DevOps, and product teams
Remove blockers and ensure smooth communication across teams
Drive alignment between business and technical teams

Team Management & Leadership
Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams
Ensure optimal resource allocation and workload distribution
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
