Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive improvements.
Suggest and track process enhancements based on customer insights.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Ability to collaborate across teams.
