We are looking for an experienced Stainless Steel Finisher (Buffer) to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in finishing and buffing stainless steel items, particularly in kitchen equipment and furniture applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform buffing, grinding, and polishing of stainless steel products to achieve a smooth and mirror-like finish
Handle finishing tools and machinery (such as buffing wheels, grinders, etc.) safely and efficiently
Inspect workpieces for defects and ensure the final product meets quality standards
Follow finishing processes as per the company’s standards and specifications
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
Requirements:
2–3 years of proven experience in stainless steel buffing/finishing
Expertise in handling stainless steel kitchen equipment or furniture
Good eye for detail and precision
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physically fit and able to work in a workshop setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with automatic or semi-automatic finishing equipment
Familiarity with different grades of stainless steel and surface finishing techniques
