Job Summary: Looking for a skilled Support Analyst with experience in the semiconductor manufacturing domain to provide technical and functional support for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), specifically Siemens Opcenter Semiconductor / Process solutions.



The candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability, resolving issues, and supporting end users in a shift-based workplace

Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide L1 support for MES applications, especially Siemens Opcenter Semiconductor / Process
Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and data-related issues
Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, issue resolution, and reporting
Handle incident and service requests within agreed SLAs
Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of recurring issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, infra, customer teams)
Support system deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities
Maintain proper documentation for incidents, solutions, and knowledge base
Provide excellent customer support and communication, ensuring satisfaction
Work effectively in a rotational shift workplace
