Key Responsibilities
Promote and explain services to patients and hospital staff.
Handle instant and discharge-related requirements.
Assist patients with service-related queries and documentation.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery.
Build solid relationships with hospital administration and support staff.
Follow up on pending cases and ensure smooth closure.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Sales / Customer Service / Healthcare / Hospital / Pharma preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
English + local language communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
