We are looking for a Stores Officer to manage and control materials, inventory, and logistics at the façade project site. The role involves coordinating with the project execution and installation teams, ensuring timely material availability, and supporting smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee store operations and maintain accurate inventory records
Manage logistics, inward/outward material movement, and proper documentation (GRN, MRN, Issue Slips)
Implement inventory control practices to minimize discrepancies and stock-outs
Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and transporters for timely material delivery
Support and liaise with the installation team at project site for smooth execution
Conduct stock audits and ensure compliance with company systems/ERP
Maintain site material reports and communicate regularly with Head Office
Candidate Profile :
Graduate/Diploma in Materials Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain
3–6 years of experience in store & inventory management at construction/project sites
Knowledge of façade/building materials preferred
Familiarity with ERP/inventory management systems
Solid skills in logistics coordination, documentation, and team support
