Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MongoDB Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing document-based data solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in MongoDB schema design, performance tuning, and cloud-based deployments, along with experience working in contemporary, distributed application environments.

Key Responsibilities




Design and develop MongoDB schemas aligned with application access patterns and performance requirements.
Implement operations, aggregations, indexing strategies, and query optimizations in MongoDB.
Work with application teams to integrate MongoDB with backend services and APIs.
Manage and support MongoDB deployments on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Configure and maintain replica sets, sharding, backups, and restore strategies.
Monitor database performance and proactively resolve issues related to scalability, availability, and reliability.
Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with best practices.
Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and performance tuning initiatives.
Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD and cloud infrastructure support.
