JOB OVERVIEW:

The position is responsible for Capital Procurement (Contracts/Equipment) and the execution of large-scale engineering and capital projects across global network sites. The role ensures alignment of procurement processes with corporate objectives and success factors, with a focus on cost savings, supplier quality, innovation, and risk management.
The incumbent will support and lead supplier and contractor selection for major capital projects, monitor performance, and mitigate risks. This position also emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, budget management, compliance, and implementation of best practices.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Production / Electrical, etc.)
Preferably a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or Supply Chain Management

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of experience in engineering and project procurement with knowledge of industry regulations, preferably within the Pharma/Healthcare sector
Solid analytical, interpersonal, team-oriented, and communication skills
Independent handling of capital procurement activities
Experience managing sourcing efforts across multiple sites or international locations
