Minimum 7+ years of experience on Device Management , with a solid focus on the SAP DM and CS.
Experience working with utility companies and understanding their business processes is highly desirable.
Understanding of the underlying data structures and tables in SAP IS-U.
Lead configuration and customization of SAP IS-U DM modules including:
Device Installation, Removal, Replacement, and Modification
Meter Reading processes (MRO, estimation, extrapolation, uploads via IDOCs)
Technical Master Data (Connection Object, Premise, Installation, Device Location)
Device Inspection and lifecycle management
Design and implement Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) integrations
Develop and maintain custom routines for meter reading validation and estimation
Define and implement user exits, BADI/BAPI functions, and Z tables for validations
Lead blueprinting, detailed design, testing (unit, integration, performance), and documentation
Manage exception handling and reporting using BPEM
Customer Service (CS):
Support Customer Service business processes integrated with SAP ISU
Provide internal consulting for enhancements and sustainment of CS systems
Collaborate with business units to align IT solutions with strategic goals
Lead training and knowledge transfer sessions for business users and stakeholders
