Job Description
Experience - 15 years of experience managing Solar PV projects, with proven experience in 100MW+ power generation projects.
Project Planning and Execution
Plan, schedule, and execute engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets.
Team Management
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, procurement specialists, construction professionals, and subcontractors.
Ensure seamless coordination and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure smooth communication, timely delivery,



and high customer satisfaction
Quality Assurance and Control
Implement quality management systems and conduct regular inspections.
Ensure adherence to technical specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements for high-quality project delivery.
Cost Management
Monitor project costs and track expenses.
Optimize procurement processes and identify cost-saving prospects while maintaining project profitability.
Risk Management
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Contract Management
Manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Negotiate terms and conditions and ensure compliance throughout the project.
