Basic Engineering
Understanding the Plant Layout, Flow Sheets, GA Drawings, Load Data Drawings, Mechanical/ Electrical Inputs, etc.
Ability to Calculate, Understand & Comprehend preliminary bill of quantities, bill of materials, etc
Design Basis Report
Procurement Services
Preparation & floating of Tender Document
Assessment of Offers & Tender Evaluation
Contractor Negotiations & Recommendation
Contract Preparation and Finalisation
Detailed Engineering
Assimilation of Mechanical & Electrical Inputs like Equipment Load Data, etc
Detailed Civil Design Brief, Design Calculations & Analysis (Manual / Using Software) and Checking of Drawings and other Outputs
Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (for RCC Structures) and Bill of Materials (for Steel Structures), as required
Checking of Civil Output with respect to Final Layout/ Flowsheets/ GAs & Vendor Drawings/ Fabrication Drawings
Concurrence validation of Civil Outputs with respect to Mechanical/ Electrical Drawings, etc
