Responsibilities:
Ensure paint shop quality standards across automotive production processes
Monitor and improve surface finish, coating thickness, and defect control
Analyze root causes of paint defects and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and supplier teams
Conduct audits, inspections, and process validations
Maintain documentation and quality reports
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Support current product launches and process optimization
Required Skills:
Proven experience in Paint shop & Metalizing Quality.
Robust analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of SAP will be plus point.
Required Qualification: - Any Engineering
Salary: - Upto 5.40 LPA
