Position Name - Claims Manager

Location - Mumbai

Experience Range - 4 - 8 years

Mandatory Requirement:

3+ years of experience in Claims management.

Needs to be from the insurance or insurance broking industry.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Evaluate, process, and settle Non-EB insurance claims efficiently which would include Marine, Liability and Engineering
Review claim submissions, validate supporting documents, and ensure compliance with policy terms.
Communicate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
Conduct investigations for complex claims, liaising with assessors and legal teams when required.
Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines in claim settlements.
Prepare and submit claim reports, updates, and analysis to management.

Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Other Details:
Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in claims management software and data analysis tools is a plus.
