Role Highlights:
White Collar Crime & Investigations: Advise and represent corporates, promoters, and individuals in white collar crime matters, internal investigations, and regulatory enforcement proceedings.
Regulatory & Enforcement Advisory: Handle matters involving economic offences, fraud, corporate misconduct, and regulatory violations before enforcement agencies and courts.
Investigations Support: Assist in internal and external investigations, fact-finding exercises, evidence review, and preparation of investigation reports.
Transaction & Compliance Interface: Provide advisory support on compliance and risk mitigation, and work alongside corporate teams on transaction-linked regulatory and WCC issues.
Litigation & Strategy: Support dispute strategy, drafting of submissions, responses to notices, and representation before appropriate forums.
Ideal Candidate:
Associate: 2–3 years of PQE
Corporate/transactional background required.
Prior WCC experience is not mandatory
Senior Associate: 4–7 years of PQE.
Prior White Collar Crime / Investigations experience is mandatory
Robust understanding of regulatory and enforcement frameworks applicable to corporate offences.
Educational background: LLB from a recognised university.
Analytical, discreet, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive matters.
