Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Deputy General ManagerTalent Acquisition to lead our end-to-end recruitment engine for SAP and non-SAP talent. This role involves driving hiring delivery,



managing internal recruiters and supplier networks, aligning with business goals, and presenting data-driven insights to executive leadership. If you thrive in a high-volume, high-stakes recruitment setting with Tier-1 client engagements, this prospect is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle: demand intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Manage hiring across SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, and emerging technologies.
Ensure fulfillment with a focus on turnaround time (TAT), quality, and cost-to-hire.
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
Regularly engage with client stakeholders, delivery heads, and senior leadership to align hiring with project milestones.
Serve as an escalation point for recruitment bottlenecks and client delivery assurance.
Supplier & Partner Management
Build and manage
