Job Overview

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Finance Manager to lead and own the company’s

capital management function end-to-end. This role is central to driving debt, equity, and project

finance initiatives that support large-scale commercial and residential developments across

NCR.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role, not limited to back-office accounting. The incumbent will

engage directly with banks, NBFCs, investors, and internal leadership, playing a critical role in

determining the pace and scale of business growth.

The role involves ownership of CMA data preparation and presentation for funding facilities up

to ₹400 Cr, leading debt syndication across multiple lenders, supporting equity fundraising, and





building robust financial models including cash flow forecasts and project IRR analysis. The

position reports to the CFO / Director – Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Technical Expertise
Prepare, present, and defend CMA data for credit facilities
Lead debt syndication and structuring (term loans, working capital, NBFC funding)
Develop financial models including three-statement models, IRR/NPV, and project

feasibility
Build and manage rolling 18-month cash flow forecasts
Conduct credit appraisal, exposure analysis, and financial risk assessment
Monitor budget vs actual performance and MIS reporting

Fundraising & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions
Negotiate commercial terms including interest rates, covenants, and security structures
Support equity fundraising through investor presentations, data rooms, and due

diligence
Ensure investor reporting, compliance, and cove
