We are seeking a agile and highly motivated Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves interacting with high-net-worth individuals, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service that reflects the luxury standards of our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Customer Service: Provide personalized and high-quality service to clients, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
Communication: Communicate project updates, progress, and relevant information to clients in a transparent and professional manner.
Problem Resolution: Handle client complaints and issues with a proactive approach, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution.
Follow-Up:



Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and to address any emerging needs or concerns.
Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and overall client experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and project management teams to align customer service efforts with overall business goals.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM software.
Events and Networking: Participate in client events, open houses, and networking opportunities to strengthen client relationships and promote the company's projects.

Candidates Profile :-
Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience: any experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
Salary : 2.4 to 5 LPA Plus benefits
