Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing them with a warm and friendly welcome
Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and assist with luggage handling
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the boarding process
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure effective and smooth operations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all airport regulations and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum educational qualification of 10+2 or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced and dynamic environment
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer knowledge
Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage
