KEY TASKS:
Lead, coach and develop a team of US Candidate Counsellor to meet performance targets.
Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide regular feedback to team members.
Overseeing the consulting process of the team and the strategic direction of the process.
Provide guidance and support to team members on complex recruitment issues and candidate cases.




Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process.
Managing and motivating the team.

Shift: Fixed Night Shift
Timing: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)
Salary: Upto 30,000
