About the Role:
We’re looking for a Lead Delivery Manager who thrives at the intersection of execution, client
partnership, and growth. This is a delivery-first leadership role where you’ll own outcomes
across multiple client engagements while shaping long-term relationships and expanding
accounts. You won’t just ensure projects are delivered—you’ll own client success, drive team
performance, and influence revenue growth.

What You’ll Own
End-to-End Delivery Excellence
Own 4–5 concurrent client engagements, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
Drive execution across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure predictable delivery
Client Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for US/UK stakeholders
Build trusted advisor relationships with client leadership
Own communication, expectations, and escalation management




Define and managed SLAs/KPIs to ensure predictable delivery and client satisfaction
Team Leadership & Scale
Lead and manage a team of 30–40 engineers and delivery professionals.
Drive utilization, performance, and career development.
Partner with hiring teams to build and scale high-performing squads.
Account Growth & Commercial Ownership
Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell prospects within existing accounts
Contribute to revenue growth and account expansion strategy
Ensure accurate invoicing and alignment with contractual milestones
Technical Oversight
Provide architectural level guidance (non-coding, review-driven role)
Ensure technical quality, scalability, and alignment with client needs
Partner closely with engineering leads on key technical decisions
