Job Overview:

We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our ground staff team, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to passengers, handling baggage, and ensuring the smooth operation of airport services.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas
Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays,



and other airport services
Check and tag baggage, ensuring proper weight and size limits are met
Load and unload baggage and cargo from aircrafts
Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings throughout their journey
Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities
Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure productive and timely services
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety and security regulations set by the company and airport authorities

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team setting
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is preferred but not required
Basic computer skills
