Study / Understand project technical specification/ architectural and structural drawings
Work planning for own work
timely submission of system drawings and shop drawings

Optimized designs as per project requirement
Creation of proper BOM for a project

External; Façade client, Façade Consultants
Technical:
Education – BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Civil engineering
Experience – Minimum 7+ years’ experience in Façade design.
Understanding of basic principles of Façade.
Understanding of different materials and it commercial impact.
Material properties of different alloys of Aluminium & Steel
AutoCad 2D & 3D
Understanding the project requirements.
Positive to have
Knowledge of estimation.
