Key Responsibilities:
Assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling procedures
Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints
Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
Communicating with flight crew and ground staff to ensure smooth operations
Performing administrative tasks such as ticketing, data entry, and inventory management
