MIS Transport Executive
Reports To: Facility Manager
Job Location: Bengaluru
Job Summary
The MIS Transport Executive is responsible for coordinating and overseeing transportation operations to ensure productive and cost-effective movement of goods. This role requires solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will serve as backup support for the Transport Executive, with primary responsibilities including reporting, scheduling,



and transport coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate transportation routes for optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Manage relationships with drivers and other transportation partners
Monitor route operations and resolve any issues or delays that arise during transit
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
Analyze transportation data and prepare reports on performance metrics
Collaborate with other departments to improve transportation processes and reduce costs
Manage transportation budgets and control expenses
Negotiate contracts with transportation providers
Implement and maintain transportation management systems
Stay informed about industry trends and current technologies in transportation logistics
Responsible for overall transport billing and vendor management
Resolve issues and audit trip sheets
