Bluespirit is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Flight Attendants/Cabin Crew. As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers throughout their flight. You will also play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive and memorable experience for our passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet passengers as they board the aircraft and assist them with finding their seats
Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide safety demonstrations to passengers
Ensure all emergency equipment is in working order and the cabin is prepared for take-off
Serve meals and beverages to passengers according to their preferences and dietary restrictions
Handle any in-flight emergencies and provide first aid if needed
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the cabin throughout the flight
Respond to passenger requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Work closely with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and efficient flight
Adhere to all safety and security regulations at all times
Assist passengers with disembarkation and ensure a safe and orderly exit from the aircraft
Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and constantly changing workplace
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
Prior experience as a Flight Attendant or in a customer service role is a plus
