We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented US Onboarding Specialist to join our People team. This role will focus on managing the end-to-end onboarding process for newly hired employees across our US clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in onboarding coordination, compliance, documentation, HR systems, and stakeholder communication while ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience.

What to expect in your journey

⢠Pre-Onboarding Coordination:

Coordinate all pre-joining activities, including document collection, offer acceptance tracking, and onboarding readiness. Ensure all onboarding requirements are completed before the employee's start date.

⢠Current Hire Documentation:

Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation,



ensuring completeness and compliance with company policies, client requirements, and federal regulations.

⢠HRIS & Onboarding System Management:

Manage employee records within HRIS/ATS platforms such as Workday, ADP Workforce Now, Bullhorn, or similar systems. Maintain accurate employee data and onboarding workflows.

⢠Candidate & Employee Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for current hires throughout the onboarding process. Send onboarding emails, joining instructions, policy documents, and respond to employee queries in a timely manner.

⢠I-9 Verification & Employment Eligibility:

Coordinate and manage the Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification process for all recent hires. Ensure accurate completion, timely verification of supporting documents, and compliance with US federal employment regulations.

Coordinate background verification and pre-emp
