We are currently hiring for the position of Check-in Executive at our airport location in Kolkata. This is an entry-level position, perfect for freshers who are looking to start their career in the aviation industry. As a Check-in Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and productive check-in process for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter
Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with airline policies
Weigh and tag luggage and issue boarding passes
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage fees




Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely departure of flights
Handle special requests and accommodations for passengers with disabilities or special needs
Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized check-in area

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required
