Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to passengers and ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures
Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
Check and tag baggage and ensure it is loaded onto the correct flight




Coordinate with other airport staff, including cabin crew, pilots, and ground handling agents, to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers
Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including checking and restocking supplies as needed
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Attend and participate in training and development programs as required

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced and dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Basic computer skills
Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required
