Current product development activity & Tyre Engg and heat engineering specification preparation.
Thermocouple Green Tyre preparation, of current product development.
Cure Cycle preparation and existing cure cycle time optimization based on TC study.
Blow point study at tyre curing press and Press validation.
Thermocouple study of current development and regular tyres.
Monitoring of curing process critical parameters and chart analysis & erratic heat tyre analysis.
Daily Scraped tyre and bladder classification.
