Job description:
Robust in English communications: Oral/written
Mandate 5 years of VMware Horizon View technology support
Hands-on experience resolving escalated issues of end users from L1 engineers, and also must have hands-on experience of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Citrix support.
Server operating systems, Citrix, VMware, and networking tools.
Qualifications/Certifications
Full time Diploma/ Degree/ engineering is preferable./Any of the below-mentioned certifications is preferred
