About the Team:
SACSON is looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Intern to assist with guiding candidates through a top-notch application process and to work with SACSON's Talent Acquisition team to help coordinate the recruiting efforts for the organization. The position is fully remote and will be from June 22 - Aug 21, 2020. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from a small close-knit team in a quick-paced workplace as we grow our brands across the organization.
About You:
You are a Human Resources, IT Qualification or (BCA, BTECH, BSC, etc) or have equivalent experience
You have an interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
You are detailed and have a passion for fostering an exceptional candidate experience
You have a bias for action, are resourceful and have experience working in quick-paced settings
You have outstanding communication, organizational,
and problem-solving skills
What You Will Learn:
How to effectively schedule phone and in-person interviews with candidates for SACSON’s recruiting team and hiring managers
How Talent Acquisition fits in to the Employee Life Cycle (Recruiting, Onboarding, Ongoing, Offboarding)
How to post and update job postings across various job boards and recruiting channels
What it takes to plan and host virtual recruiting events and job fairs
The candidate journey, candidate experience and the impact on the organization
How to gather feedback from interviewers, initiate background checks and help with onboarding
Attracting talent through employer branding strategies
