The Associate / Senior Associate – Corporate Development will support Digantara’s inorganic growth strategy through mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, and capital initiatives that strengthen the company’s technology and market position.

Ideal Candidate
2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity,



corporate development, M&A; advisory, or strategy consulting.
Demonstrated experience supporting or executing M&A; transactions, including at least one completed deal.
Robust financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities with a strategic mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities
Support the full transaction lifecycle, including target identification, valuation, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and integration.
Develop financial models covering valuation, comparable companies, precedent transactions, and scenario analyses.
Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to evaluate acquisition and partnership prospects.
Prepare investment memorandums, board materials, and strategic recommendations.
Coordinate diligence activities across legal, commercial, technical, and financial workstreams.
