Company for an L&D; specialist who excels in the "back-end" of training. Your primary focus will be designing the learning architecture, managing our Learning Management System (LMS), and ensuring that every training initiative is backed by data and high-quality content. This role prioritizes contentstrategy and operational management over classroom delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development (L&D;) Strategy
Conduct organizational-level Training NeedsAnalysis(TNA) in coordination with Department Heads.
Map competencies for various sales roles and design structured learning paths.
Collaborate with the Head of Training to build a long-term L&D; roadmap that aligns with Company’s business goals.
LMS Management & Administration
Act as the primary administrator for the company’s LMS platform.
Upload, organize, and manage all e-learning content, ensuring a seamless user experience for the sales team.
Track user engagement, course completion rates, and assessment scores through the platform.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the IT/Vendor team for LMS updates.
Instructional Design & Content Creation
Create comprehensive training modules, including SCORM-compliant content, interactive PDFs, and video tutorials.
Develop "Sales Playbooks" that translate complex real estate processes into easy-to-digest digital content.
Design assessments and certification exams to validate learning outcomes.
Training MIS & Analytics
Build and maintain a real-time L&D; Dashboard for the leadership team.
Analyze the correlation between LMS module completion and actual sales performance.
Manage all training documentation, including schedules, budgets, and post-training feedback reports.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 3–6 years in L&D; Operations or Instructional Design.
LMS Expertise: Hands-on experience managing platforms (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, Darwinbox, or custom LMS).
