Description
This is a based in Delhi, India, with the Contracts Manager providing support for data center projects located in various parts of the world.

Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the preparation, review, and finalization of customer and vendor contracts in alignment with legal and commercial standards.
Coordinating with the Data Center sales team on pre-contract matters and with operations teams on post-contract administration.
Supporting the tracking and execution of contractual deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
Liaising with internal departments to ensure contractual obligations are aligned with operational and business requirements.
Maintaining contract records and supporting compliance with internal governance and approval processes.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of commercial contracts, preferably in the data center, and experience working in a rapid-paced, multi-jurisdictional workplace.

Contracts Drafting:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts including colocation agreements,



managed services agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), interconnection agreements, and cloud service agreements.
Ensure that all contracts are comprehensive, contractually sound, and aligned with business goals.
Assist with Developing standard contract template for recurring agreements and customize them as needed for specific clients.
Draft, review, and finalize contracts with transparent, comprehensive terms that adhere to our approved legal templates.

Negotiation and Finalization:
Lead contract negotiations for leasing space and services with both potential and existing Data Center clients.
Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Resolve contractual issues and disputes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external parties.
Finalize contracts, ensuring all necessary approvals and signatures are obtained.
