Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager with 12+ years of Exp with solid people leadership capabilities and in managing a team of Consultants. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on people management experience and, preferably, a background in EPM domain. This role requires someone who can drive team performance, manage cross-functional initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of projects while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
People Management
Lead, mentor, and coach a team to achieve both individual and organizational goals.
Conduct performance reviews, develop growth plans, and support continuous skill development.
Foster an inclusive, cooperative, and high-performing team environment.
Manage workload distribution, resource planning, and day-to-day team operations.

Domain Expertise (Preferred)
Experience working with EPM systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday, Anaplan, Hyperion, OneStream etc.).
Ability to understand system workflows, integrations, and process impacts.




Understanding of FP&A; and Consolidation
Support process optimization and system-related initiatives.

Operational Excellence
Analyze team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support business processes, enhance workflows, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development activities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 3–4 years of people management experience leading teams.
Experience or familiarity with EPM systems preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
