Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
7+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including team leadership responsibilities.
Advanced SQL proficiency with experience writing complex queries for data validation and testing.
Strong experience testing custom applications, data pipelines, and business logic.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Solid understanding of test planning, test case design, defect management, and QA methodologies.

Domain Experience:
Experience working with Healthcare Data, including healthcare datasets, reporting, or analytics platforms.
Understanding of healthcare business processes, data structures, and quality considerations.
Ability to create meaningful test scenarios that validate complex healthcare-related workflows and business logic.
Leadership Skills
Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing QA team members.




Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic QA initiatives with hands-on execution.
Demonstrated capability to manage priorities and handle urgent requests in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience validating data in cloud data platforms such as Snowflake (Snowflake-specific expertise is not required).
Exposure to value-based care, healthcare analytics, or healthcare data management environments.
Experience testing ETL/ELT processes and data transformation workflows.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks and modern QA tools.
