Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Design telecom network infrastructure (fiber, RF, copper, wireless) for current and existing projects.
Prepare detailed design drawings, route maps, schematics, and technical documentation using AutoCAD or GIS tools.
Perform site surveys and analyze field data to develop cost-effective and compliant designs.
Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, and field technicians to ensure alignment between design and implementation.
Ensure compliance with national/international telecom standards and client requirements.
Support the preparation of bills of materials (BoMs), design estimates, and tender documentation.
Provide technical guidance during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting phases.
Keep up to date with latest technologies and regulations in the telecom sector.




Participate in quality assurance processes and design reviews.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in telecom infrastructure/network design.
Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, GIS, MicroStation, or similar.
Knowledge of fiber optics, FTTx, RF, IP networks, or mobile communication systems.
Familiarity with network planning tools and software is a plus (e.g., MapInfo, ArcGIS, OSP Insight).
