Key Responsibilities
Debug reported issues and provide resolutions with appropriate fixes for business users.
Handle complex QAD application-related issues from customers, partners, and business users, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
Support development, migration, and maintenance activities across QAD environments.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

Technical Skills
Strong technical knowledge of:
Progress 4GL
AGL Programming
API Programming
Web UI Development
QAD Reporting Framework (QRF)
RF Eagle
StreamServe (added advantage)





Integration & EDI
Positive understanding of:
Inbound and outbound XML file processing
EDI configuration
SNF Map Development
Bank Drivers
